Frankie Friend & Associates, Inc., (FFA) is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business with Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and a second office in Huntsville, AL.  FFA has been in operation since 1993 supporting   DOD, DOE, NNSA, BLM, DOI, Fish and Wildlife, and several Prime Contractors.  FFA and our Subcontractors form an excellent Team for Seaport-E. 

  1. Street Legal Industries, Inc. (STL), is an Oak Ridge, Tennessee based SBA certified Woman-Owned Small Business and Hubzone Small Business.  Street Legal provides Professional Infrastructure Support Services.  They have been in business ten years and have considerable experience with several Government agencies.  Their experience in Materials Disposition is widespread throughout the Department of Energy. 
  2. Nuclear Recruiters, Inc. (NR), a Charlotte, NC, a new small business specializes in Project/Program Management and Staff Augmentation.  Owned by a Nuclear Engineer the company can provide Modeling, QA/QC, Safety, Equipment Reliability Process and other nuclear and engineering related support services.  They will be applying for their 8(a) status next year.
  3. MetaMedia Training International, Inc. (MM) is an award-winning small business located in the Washington D.C. Metro region.  MetaMedia brings considerable experience and innovation in custom training development to our team.  They develop distance learning solutions using a variety of commercial-off-the-shelf and open-source customizable technologies.  They specialize in the design and production of innovative and engaging interactive training and information programs, which include:  Instructional design, curriculum design, needs assessments, gap analysis, evaluation, graphics design, animation, video and audio production, multimedia programming, DVD and web authoring, mobile device application development, website design and development and desktop publishing.  They have a history of working with various Government clients.  MultiMedia won multiple SBIR grants for training first responders and HazMat technicians including a unique mobile application for firefighters and hazmat technicians. 
  4. The Empyrean Group, LLC is a SBA certified Woman Owned Small Business located in Harmony, PA with secondary offices in Sewickley, PA, and Houston, TX.  They provide engineering, technical and administrative support; as well as human resources consulting that includes technical training support, professional development, nontechnical training, and analytical and organizational assessment support.
  5. Advanced Integration Group, Inc.(AIG) is a graduate of the SBA 8(a) program and an economically disadvantaged woman owned small business.  They are a full service engineering and construction firm that provides a variety of specialized engineering services including:  Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Computer Engineering, AutoCAD and Micro station Designers, technicians, QC/QA and Safety inspectors, and OSHA and safety training.  Some specialized work includes electrical contracting services, control and information systems integration design and implementation, PLC, DCS & SCADA programming, CCTV and alarm systems design and installation, communication system upgrades, calibration services, maintenance and repair services, start-up commissioning and re-commissioning industrial and commercial facilities, LEED facilities management, VFD;s design and fabrication, panel/electrical enclosures meeting UL 508, Canadian and international standards.  AIG is an authorized equipment reseller for automation, controls, electrical equipment, and highway signage. Lighting and water and filtration and associated products offering in-house technical support.

Asset Management Analysis Group, LLC (AMAG) located in Aiken, SC, (Zone 3) is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB).  AMAG has over a decade of energy and waste management experience and offers specialized expertise and support across various functional areas including:  systems design, maintenance, operations, records management, procurement engineering, project management, training support and contract administration.  Key sectors are power generation and distribution (fossil, nuclear, co-generation, biomass, geo-thermal, hydro and gas turbine); manufacturing/oil and gas/chemical and life sciences; mining and metals; pharmaceuticals; performance engineering; telecommunications; administrative programs, procedures, audits, records management and document control.
